To have sales, there are many things you have to put in place. I have discussed some in the previous posts like having lots of traffic, a relationship with your commenters and subscribers, being nice, friendly and respectful and so on.

Besides all these you still need strategies because all the list above cannot guarantee sales. Sales can come from your traffic, regular commenters and subscribers.

1 They don't start right -- Most new bloggers do not focus on traffic and subscribers, instead they focus on placing links and expecting huge amount of money from sales.

I can remember when I started blogging, I used to write very short posts with little information, placed my ads like in two or three places on my blog.

2 They don't take the right approach -- They don't consistently create valuable posts.

3  Some are not trustworthy -- Like I was misled into thinking that immediately I start, I would make 300 dollars or more per day. I even put it on the header of my blog.

When I realized it wasn't like that, I had to remove the sentence from my blog.

4. Bloggers too don't buy from cobloggers - I buy what I need online. Do you? Do you buy from fellow bloggers? If you are a blogger and you visit another blog, you are already part of the blog's traffic. 

There are so many bloggers out there, if we can buy what we need from other bloggers or affiliate marketers, then this would even help the traffic to buy more from bloggers for example, you buy from a blogger, make a comment about the product or service letting the blogger know you bought through his link, the Blogger will be overjoyed and would also return the favour, the traffic too will read the comment and start buying.

I think if we buy through one another's links, it would influence the traffic into buying through those links too. To them, it means the product is good and the link is secure.

I buy from Wish.com. Before I buy, I check the benefits of the products, number of people who have bought and their comments. This is what normally helps me to make a choice because different people sell the same thing but not necessarily the same quality.

5 Some people believe if they buy through a link, it will be more expensive. We need to let people know that when they buy through our links, it is safe and secure.

6 Bloggers fail to realize that running a blog is just like you are running an offline office or store. A blog or site is the online office or internet office.

So we need to use different tactics or strategies that people normally use offline to make sales online too.
