You can get tons of traffic if your site or blog is on the first page of Google.
Terms To Know
Organic Traffic -- It is the opposite of paid traffic. The visitors come from a search engine such as Google or bing.
In other words, the traffic comes to your website when someone types a query into Google and clicks on your blog in the Organic listing in the search result. This means your blog is on the first page of Google for a particular keyword without you paying a dime.
Inbound Traffic -- This is traffic coming from other blogs or sites to your own blog simply because they referred people to your blog because of your valuable contents or because they linked their blogs to your blog.

If you search the first page of Google for a particular keyword, you will discover that many companies sites or blogs have been there for years and they have tens of thouands of backlinks and great domain authority.
So it will take you time to get there. But there is a way you can get there within months. You don't even need authority or links to rank for some keywords.
1 Good SEO - You all know about search engine optimization.. It has power to drive inbound traffic that could grow your Business for years to come
2 Use Long Tail Keywords - Use long tail keywords. The short ones like ' Make Money' "Affiliate Marketing " are too competitive. Use long tails like "Which is better for skin tone Lime or Lemon?'
Make sure you use one or two keywords in all your blog posts.
3 Use Unused Long Tail keywords- Did you notice that when you type into Google Search bar, sometimes few results come out i.e few websites will only be listed there?
There was a time I typed some long tailed keywords and I searched and searched but I did not get the desired result. You can write articles with this type of keywords if it tallies with your niche. I believe you will come out on the first page for keywords like this
4 Use the keyword that defines your blog and matches peoples query-- Is your keyword what people are looking for on the internet?
Also some contents don't match the intent behind the search queries. You may not organically rank for a keyword but remember to match the searchers intent to drive traffic. In other words, your keyword and content must match because the traffic wants to read post or article related to the keyword. If they don't find relevant post or article, the bounce rate will be high.
This point is the big deal. Very important. Please take note
5 Write blog posts than your competitors - If you write more contents, you have a better chance of showing up on the first page of Google.
The more you write, the more pages get indexed and you get more traffic. You must write and post content everyday. Not once in a while.
All websites contents on the first page of Google contain more than 2000 words each. So write contents more than 2000 words that will solve peoples problems.
The post or content should be filled with examples, step by step instructions and images.
Make sure your post/ content title is captivating and attractive. By catching peoples attention, you will get more traffic.
6 Get reviewed - Another way to get tons of traffic is to get reviewed by bloggers in the same niche whose blogs are on the first page of Google. Just reach out to them. Though this might involve some cash payment.
